Using the tools
PDF Editor Box provides free online tools for working with PDF and related files. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes without an account. You are responsible for the files you process and for having the right to modify them. Do not use the tools to remove protection from documents you are not authorised to access.
Your files
We never store your files. Because nothing is kept, we cannot recover a file or a result you did not download. Keep your originals. See the privacy policy for details.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make results accurate, but conversions and edits can differ from the source, especially for complex layouts. Always check the output before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phonate Technologies Private Limited is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the tools, including loss of data or documents.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not scrape or republish our content without permission.
- Do not use the tools for unlawful purposes.
Electronic signatures
Sign PDF places an image of your signature on a document. It is a simple electronic signature, not a certificate-based digital signature. Whether it satisfies a legal requirement depends on the laws and agreements that apply to you.
